Your responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of 2–5 members within your part.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team objectives are met.
2. Operational Excellence
- Oversee and manage daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate quick learning ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Experience in operating ERP systems or equivalent platforms is a strong plus.
- Key operational responsibilities include Sales Deduction management and registration, claim handling, and contract administration.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates on requirements, progress, and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships across Departments/Teams / HQ and Customers.
4. Management Reporting & Ad-Hoc Requests
- Prepare and deliver management reports and HQ Ad-Hoc/ Management Ad-Hoc requests accurately and on time.
- Monitor/Control Sales Deduction progress through simulation management and maintenance.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Experience in handling audit-related requests or supporting audit processes is a strong plus.
Your qualifications
- 5-7 years professional experience in a comparable position incl. at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Industry knowledge
- Fluent English and German skills, Korean skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Hands-On Mentality and Affinity for Numbers desired
