Your responsibilities
  • Analyze, segment and target untapped market areas of the sub-vertical.
  • Define the ecosystem and the stakeholders of the target key customers and develop activities to increase the customer base in her/his sub-vertical either directly or by vertical specialized system integrators or value added resellers.
  • Identify new demand in the assigned vertical sub-industries by key account management and vertical ecosystem partners’ networking.
  • Work together with the Information Display Europe Solution, Marketing and Product Planning teams for adapting products and solutions in order to make more attractive the offering to each sub vertical.
  • In case a solution adaptation is not possible, develop a customer offering based not only on the internal portfolio of LG, but also on external components and services with partnership that can make LG offering more competitive and more profitable
  • Support and guide the country sales organizations to penetrate locally his/her sub vertical by providing presentations, market data and trainings.
  • Define the activity plan to increase presence of LG in the industry events either directly or via partners.
  • Delivers weekly update on activity and opportunity forecast. Follows up on Business Plan and several execution targets.
  • Utilize the CRM system to keep track of the activities for the opportunities in which he/she works and provide transparent reporting to the all internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with logistics and service department to follow up or develop processes in order to maintain a high service level and customer satisfaction during sales execution and after sales.
  • 50% travelling across Europe is required.

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor in Business Administration Bachelor, Marketing or other related field. MBA can be of added value
  • 5 years international experience in one or more relevant Vertical markets (Hospitality, Retail, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Transportation, Public, etc.) preferably in IT solutions or Hardware System Solutions with LED or Displays in functions of  Business Development, Key Account Management, Pre-Sales
  • Strategic acumen and ability to understand and adapt to the B2B ecosystem (VAR, SI and End Customer) of his sub-vertical
  • Analytical skills and able to articulate complex issues and solutions with concrete actions and measurable results
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker
  • Able to build trustful relationships in C-level
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Result driven with proven track record
  • Leading personality able to inspire, engage and lead by example his local colleagues and his customers
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive able to work across functions, business units and countries
  • Solution Selling and new customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and in a second European language is required. Preferable in: German, French, Italian or Spanish.
