- Integration as a full team member in LG's online shop projects
- Support for our ordering processes to ensure correct system handling, successful order processing, and after-sales service
- Process optimization through active collaboration and coordination between the relevant LG departments at a global level
- Preparation of documents with current trade data for project controlling
- Supporting product launches for all product areas
- Preparing regular analyses and ad hoc reports for top management
- Supporting the accounts receivable team with open transactions
- Supporting and reviewing customer returns
- Mandatory or voluntary internship possible
- Ideally, a degree in one of the following fields: computer science, business administration, marketing, media informatics, retail management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on IT and/or communication
- Enthusiasm for retail topics and the presentation of high-tech products in e-commerce
- Willingness to learn and interest in gaining practical experience in a real working environment as a team player and independently
- Confident MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident German and English skills
