We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant and Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in managing financial operations while also supporting our president. This unique position comprises 80% accounting duties and 20% administrative support, ensuring our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliation 30%
    • Conduct daily checks on bank accounts in various currencies
    • Manage cash application processes
    • Booking Credit/Debit Notes
    • ‎Creating Account Receivable invoices
  • GNMS 20%
    • Calculation of GNMS claims for HQ and international subsidiaries 
    • Handle system requests and monitor approval processes
  • Reporting(Statistic) 10%
    • Prepare and manage Z4, Z5 reports and monthly trade surveys
  • GFVS: 20%
    • Validate pending cases and identify precise causes of issues
    • Control internal processes and provide support for resolving issues
    • Communicate with HQ and facilitate system requests
    • Compile and report on monthly heatmap data
  • CATS 15%
    • Prepare reasoned evidence for each control
    • Verify the consistency of documentation and explanations
    • Review and assess the appropriateness of processes
  • DMS, OCR: 5%
    • ‎Check and deliver incoming invoices promptly
    • Maintain responsiveness in communication

Your qualifications
  • Successfully completed commercial training and further training as an accountant or degree in accounting
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting in an international environment
  • Very good understanding of numbers. Care and accuracy
  • Flexibility, resilience, and high self-motivation
  • Fluent German and English skills
