For our SCM Team, we are looking for a: Your responsibilities

• Support with the distribution, allocation, and posting of incoming invoices
• Master data maintenance
• Entry and reconciliation of freight and customs invoices
• Support with checking and monitoring deferral accounts for EUST
• Assistance in clarifying invoice discrepancies with service providers
• Support with monthly/annual financial statements
• Identification and reporting of possible provision requirements for the accounting period
• Shipments to Switzerland (TV goods) Document creation including customer notifications

Your qualifications

• Currently studying finance or economics
• Ideally, initial experience in wholesale and foreign trade, freight forwarding, or logistics services
• Responsible and deadline-oriented approach to work
• Very good Excel skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
