Your responsibilities
  • Set up annual offline and online marketing plans for Europe IT B2B business (which includes local interpretation and initiatives (but is not limited to)):
    • Brand positioning
    • Communication strategy (which channels and media) with a strong focus on digital and social media
    • Actual communication in close cooperation with product marketing managers
    • Relationship with channel and channel partners
  • Organize exhibition participation in Europe and managing relevant marketing activities
  • Manage the marketing budget and improve efficiency and effectiveness of resources deployed
  • Coordinate with B2B and B2C peers to participate in Cross-BU positioning towards specific vertical markets
  • Sales Lead and MQL (Market Qualified Leads) management with Marketing Automation Tool (Eloqua, etc.) and CRM Tool
  • Analyse marketing performance/ROI following the implementation of marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Sales teams in European subsidiaries on sales and marketing strategy
  • Gather and report market intelligence i.e. industry/customer specific needs, market trends, competitor intelligence, medical regulations
  • Establish KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management plan and execution

 

Your qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Marketing Communication or Business Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as marketing professional in a B2B business multinational environment
  • In depth understanding and practical experience with social media channels and digital communication (in a B2B environment)
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Very good understanding of the IT B2B & Healthcare market
  • Very good planning and implementation skills for marketing activities
  • Excellent communication skills to address many internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent team worker, self-driven and self-motivated
  • Positive and active attitude
  • Fluent in English (Korean or one other European language will be valued)
