Your responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies
- Setting up the rolling forecast in order to lead a substantial growth securing future visibilities
- Conducting in-depth market analysis to support business planning and forecasting
- Monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements
- Managing all SFDC(Salesforce) related issues and updates, taking full responsibility for B2B project pipeline, ensuring SFDC data is accurate
- Working closely with the B2B AS Sales team, supporting all stages, coordinating and driving opportunity related efforts
- Reporting pipeline performance on a regular basis (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Providing and supporting relevant bodies accurate information on time for better decision making
- Securing the companies value by leveling up the scope of financial management steady growth
- Enhancing forecast ability in overhead management by improvement of accuracy in various calculations
- Carrying out gap analysis while checking expense appropriateness (Sales deduction, expenses, logistics etc.)
- Analyzing & providing routinely in depth financial information to relevant bodies with explanations and recommendations for improvements as well as developing various reports for better understanding
- Overhead analysis, account/model profitability analysis
- Working to support team leader in various kind of daily and ad-hoc work
Your qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain Management
- 5 - 7 years’ experience of financial planning / analysis
- Experience and confidence in managing a pipeline, preferably using Salesforce
- Excellent Analytical skill and proactive working attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team worker
- Business Level of English and good German skills
