- Annual Business Plan and Rolling FCST plan set-up & Support
- KPI Result Management & Variable Salary Computation
- B2C sales and MKT’g variable salary computation and communication,
- Forecasting the company’s monthly performance by analyzing the expected net sales and operating income.
- Prepare overall performance results report for management
- Analysis of P&L and analyzing the abnormal financial account
- Reporting of Macro & Micro economic updates
- Control, analysis and forecast of the monthly expenses
- Analyzing the company’s overhead cost, and initiate cost reduction item for cost owner.
- Co-work with cost owner, Registration of activity and reporting/monitoring of the performance
- Approval of the budget and system approval line set up for authorization
- Regular coordination with all other Dept.
- Ad-hoc analysis, preparation of various reports
- Analyzing the abnormal financial account, mainly related to the overhead cost.
- Preparing the reports and updating the various financial analysis files
- Participating in business meetings and conference calls
- Work closely with all business units (Sales/Marketing/SCM)
- Lead business planining with strategic direction
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent
- Understanding Accounting Principal and P&L Structure
- Initial professional experience in financial planning
- Further training in finance/accounting or expertise in corporate finance
- Proactive and Positive working attitude & Communication skills
- Very good analytical skills
- Fluent in English and Korean, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Business level of English.
- Finance or Accounting related certificates.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
