Your responsibilities
- Managing all SFDC(Salesforce) related issues and updates, taking full responsibility for B2B project pipeline, ensuring SFDC data is accurate
- Working closely with the B2B Sales team, supporting all stages, coordinating and driving opportunity related efforts
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business strategies
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to support business planning and forecasting
- Responsible for monitoring and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements
- Report pipeline performance on a regular basis (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Training sales and marketing teams on how to use SFDC for managing leads, opportunities, and pipeline related activities
Your qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience and confidence in managing a pipeline, preferably using Salesforce
- Advanced MS Office skills (mainly Excel)
- Experience and confidence in working directly with international sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Fluent written and verbal English, other languages are an advantage
