Your responsibilities
∙ Product Planning for built-in appliances (co-work with HQ & EU Product Planning team)
  - STP(Segmentation/Targeting/Positioning) and SWOT(Strength/Weakness/Opportunity/Threat) analysis
  - Generation of ideas or concepts for new products
  - Analysis of sufficient detail to judge the commercial viability and technical feasibility  
∙ GTM supporting for newly launching countries
  - Preparing 5Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People)
  - Checking a status of operation and service
∙ New Product Introduction to Market (co-work with HQ Sales & Marketing team)
  - Sales Channel Operations Plan Creation and Managing
  - Marketing Material Planning and Creation
  - Advertising and Promotion Planning
∙ Long-term PRM(Product Roadmap) management (co-work with HQ & EU Product Planning team)
  - Reading a trend of each market
  - Vision Creation for Europe Built-in Appliance Biz.
  - Develop product expansion plans for each year to achieve the vision

Your qualifications
∙ Bachelor degree or equivalent
∙ Minimum 7 years of experiences 
  - Built in Home appliance related professional experience in product management, planning, or related experience at Germany or Italy,
   owning and driving end-to-end built in product development, large scale programs from early-stage concept to customer-facing launch,
   across diverse stakeholder teams, Preferred cooking appliance product experience (Oven/Hob)
∙ Knowledge of EU built-in market (Environment, Competition, Trend)  
∙ Motivated, determined, self-starter
∙ Able to work independently and as part of a team
∙ Strong sense of ownership and urgency with superior bias for action and hunger for quantifiable results
∙ Excellent organization and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with tight deadlines, anticipating changes
∙ Excellent use of Excel/analytical tools
∙ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
