In order to support our Information Display department, we are looking for a: Your responsibilities

• Partner promotion & claim management by customer
  • Input and update monthly sales program budget
  • Verify Sales program (Ship & Debit) by customer & communicate with partners
  • Verify customer claims and check evidence - Input marketing expense system
  • Support new booking process based on new warranty policy changes
  • Run Ship & Debit simulation based on contract condition and sales forecast
• Order desk support and backup for order management
• Manage sell-out data management
• Other sales & marketing assistance
  • Check contract conditions and manage performance by each customer
  • Support marketing activities and sales managers
  • Support sales pipeline for KAM performance management
  • Conduct marketing activity analysis (ROI analysis)

Your qualifications

• MS Office: Proficient in Excel, Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Interest in B2B business and willingness to develop a career
